This gorgeous ONE OF A KIND mini Peterbilt truck is up for sale! Pete Carpenter custom built this amazing little big rig, which is NOT a kit car, without a blueprint! He loved Peterbilt trucks and drove them for over 2 decades throughout his lifetime and knew the mechanics of them inside and out!

 

This beauty is just  20’ 3” Long,   7’ 2” Tall w/the stacks and is 69” Wide.​

The Frame and suspension were custom built and the Cab and Sleeper were made from 18 Guage Sheet Metal. The body and frame are made of steel. As for the engine, it is a Ford 300 c.u.,  6 cylinder with 4 bbl. Holly Carb and mild RV Cam; it has a 4 speed transmission and an Offenhauser Intake Manifold. There is a Ford 9” Rear End with tag axle. This truck includes several ORIGINAL 1965 Peterbilt parts including the dashboard gauges, door handles

and window visors.

​​​​​The rear axles are air ride and are pumped up before driving the truck each time. The Front bumper drops down with an electric actuator, which will then allow the hood to be opened up to a forward position, like in a full sized Peterbilt.

 

This mini Pete has always been garaged and is located in Peoria, AZ.

This Project took over 7 years and 6200 hours to complete and has been the winner of many awards over the years as

it has been showcased in numerous car and truck shows!
